Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI’ve rented several trucks through you guys and have never had this bad of an experience!! I was over charged by 120.00 then you tried to charge me again for another 57.00 after I brought this to your attention. Then 2 days later I received a text that I haven’t returned the truck and it was going to be reported stolen. Very bad experience!!! Will not use this location again!!! Do better then this!!!
Jill MThe paperwork was not ready when I arrived. I waited 30 minutes while the person behind the counter was on the phone with someone trying to get the paperwork printed and also taking customers' orders. The appliance dolly was behind a fence with air conditioning units in the way. The person behind the counter could not get it out and my husband had to lift and drag the dolly over 3 air conditioning units to remove it from behind the fence. I had called the day before to confirm the rental truck and appliance dolly. Will never use this location again.
STACY CThe truck was dirty inside and out, including the cargo area had lots of sand. The truck itself really was missing a wash. The cab of the truck was dirty floors, dirty dash and it only had 20 something thousand miles on it mechanically it worked perfect perfectly. They didn’t have the pads I requested nor the dollies I requested, and apparently the U-Haul rep didn’t drop it off delayed my pick up, trying to figure out what they had what they could get and I’d already checked in online for the truck, I checked the back and realized there was nothing of the equipment that was ordered in the back of the truck. Nice people, but poor execution didn’t have all of the equipment that I ordered in the truck was dirty inside and out.
Andrew WMy truck hadn’t been checked in from previous renters causing a 30 minute delay. Clark was put out having to deal with the rental.
