Some supplies were not available - I paid for moving blankets and didn't get them because they didn't have any, and the employee helping me wasn't able to remove the charge from my bill. That said, I was helped by Alex and he was awesome! 2 thumbs up for his service.

SHARON CThe van was very unsanitary and nasty ,I asked for wipes to clean the van but the didn't have any. I returned the with more fuel than was given, and after getting into an argument with the staff he said he won't charge me. I returned the van within 5 hours of use, and was carged $90 never ever had I paid that much for a u haul.
