Clean the truck it was full of white sand on the driver side and explained the customer how the functions of the truck works...walk with the costumer to pick the truck and show them where the light of the back turn on, we have to be dark because 5 people couldn't figure out where the light of the back turn on. It would be great for next customers to have the truck clean. Also i rented the truck for one location, and when i got there the door was close without advising the customer, and i had to called customers service, and waisted 1 hour of day time for the moving, because i have to drive 6 more miles far from where the move was going to be, to pick up another truck, but they where considered at the end a leave the miles for 0.40 cents instead of 0.99 cents so I appreciate that, but still they should have called me first, and let me know before i drive there to the first location. When i went to to return the truck at 10 pm there was not parking so I have to call again waits 1 hour of my time to explain there was not parking and they put a note, and then i had to do a self checkout that was easy, but after all everything went well with the moving, i just advised that you help the customer a little more.
They are very quick and you can actually complete the order online and just pick up the keys
It would be great if the employees spoke English. I am not Latin. I had to speak broken Spanish in my own country, in order to rent a Uhaul. I could barely understand what the employees were telling me. Do you think that is correct? I was under the impression that Uhaul was an American company and its employees spoke English.
They stated to me that it was going to be cheaper to take it and return it than leaving it at the location of the move when I returned the truck the bill was 689.00. They lied it was cheaper to drop it off where I moved not returning it back to them. I will never go there again.
Just keep up with the good work . Great location for rentals, fast, friendly, on point, profesionales. Not like the Frankys pizza place 7 block away That don't answer the phone For rentals and call you back 1hr:30 min later. If you insist calling. And complain. Had couple of bad experience renting pick up truck, so I'm not going there any more. I found this new location on bird Rd and 97 ave and I love their costumer service. So Congrats.
I made the reservation online did not choose the insurance because I have insurance when I returned the vehicle they charge me for insurance

My truck never got left at the other location I was supposed to pick up at. Called a representative and she sent me here, where there was a truck ready to go.
Excellent customer service
No one was at the store at 9am. No one answered the phone either. At 9:15, a woman came and opened. When I went in and said good morning, she ignored me. She was not wearing a mask, either. The man returning the van I was getting told me it stunk. When I mentioned this, the woman told me it's a â€œnew car smell.â€ The van did indeed stink - of what can best be described as rotten fish. I was in a big hurry, so I just went ahead and drove with the windows open. Two warning lights were on the entire time. After putting air in the tires, I continued. The lights never turned off and a low tire pressure warning came up just as I was returning it. Do not recommend this place!!!!!
Not much they had me in and out in a few minutes without hassles both when I picked up and returned the vehicle. I'm very happy with the service I received.

Not only would I not recommend this location but I believe I am owed at least a partial refund as the equipment provided to me was not what I agreed to pay for when I made the reservation. To make the situation even worse I was not able to fully communicate my needs or issues as the staff only spoke 100% Spanish and I hardly speak any. I had to call my girlfriend to meet me at the location as she is fluent in Spanish. Had she not been available I would have not been able to communicate AT ALL nor would I have understood any of the instruction necessary during the entire check out and check back in process. It was terribly uncomfortable signing paperwork and agreeing to additional services when my understanding of the content was based on someone else's ability to translate. This is not uncommon in Miami but should 100% be visible on the UHaul Website. In addition to the language issue, when I reported the issue with the rental when I returned it, the associate told me there was nothing they could do and to report the problem to UHaul. Below is the issue I had with the rental truck 1 - the fuel level listed on the paperwork the associated asked me to sign BEFORE they gave me the truck was 7/8. The actual level in the vehicle was well below 1/4. Luckily I received a text from UHaul for a link to conduct and submit the inspection myself. (A VERY positive feature and experience of my rental - I really liked that service). I documented the level and submitted a photo and returned the vehicle with the same level of fuel. I was not charged for additional fuel so ultimately no harm. But again, being asked in a language I do not understand, to put my signature on a document before even being issued the equipment was extremely nerve racking. 2- upon getting a better look into the floor and upper area of the truck bed, it was clear it had not been cleaned. I signed off that the truck was clean but there was a sticky substance on the floor and upper storage area and it was dirty. Not dirty enough to notice when doing a visionary inspection upon check in but dirty enough to transfer my possessions. While ultimately I inspected the vehicle upon check in, it was clear that the staff does not do a thorough job of inspecting upon return. When I returned the vehicle there was zero inspection done with me prior to them charging my card. 3rd - this is most important and the reason I expect compensation. When I inspected the vehicle upon check in I zoomed in on the photos of the vehicle to ensure all the details of damaged I noticed where indicated. I submitted as all good before I entered the drivers seat. Before taking off I noticed the driver mirror was equipped with shrink wrap and tape at the base of mirror arm. Luckily I was able to reaccess the link sent to me by UHaul and I document this as well as took a photo. As suspect as the â€œfixâ€ looked, I drove off assuming that the fix must be effective considering how critical a functioning drivers s
