Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe gentleman on the phone was very professional and kind. He deserves a raise!
Cristen BI put below average as the agent was not on site and wouldn't answer their phone for over 30min. Then changed my reservation time, also had me running all over town trying to find a different location to get the truck I needed because no one was answering at the number I was told to call. Other than that I would've rated this location higher
Leonard CI had a very good experience- Michael was terrific!
Patrick OThe "location" was useless. The clerk was 100% involved in operating the gas station and any U-Haul issue was not in his wheelhouse. He quickly passed me the card of the (U-Haul) Area Field Manager and said, "talk to him". All the transactional processes were done on the phone (getting lock codes and the drop-off box instructions) The only value the location had was the parking spot where the truck was. If there was a mechanical problem with my truck (the only one there at the time) my planned out day would have been a disaster.
