Very limited parking. Must wait for traffic to clear along a major road to park. Says 24/7 recieving but questionable. Signed equipment back in via the app and was charged by this location for 2 additional days of rental. When I called them on a WED, the representative wasn't available until the following afternoon. Recommend traveling a little farther and going somewhere else.

Everything was excellent.
JOSE SThey don’t have my truck when I got to the location to pick it up even though I called ahead and confirmed with them my reservation. I needed up getting a smaller truck instead. They left me to hook up the trailer by myself and the truck had a cracked windshield and a huge exhaust leak. I was very disappointed with the pick up experience.

THADDEUS HI am giving it 3 stares because as the peoples were very friendly, the location was a good little bit out of my way. There are several U-Haul dealers in my area but no one had the trailer that I needed and I had started looking and reserving a good bit of time before I was in need of it.
