Went to get the trailer and was told they were not renting uhauls on Sunday. Im assuming because younger guys were working, they don't trust them with that responsibility? It was weird and very inconvenient

I was wrongly charged $150 for safe move. In my online reservation I clearly declined the coverage. I dropped off the keys whe I returned the truck because no person was there at the time. When I received the email receipt the extra charge was there. My reservation was on a company credit card and it’s my company’s policy to decline all coverage and they will not pay for this charge. I have started a dispute and am waiting for a callback from the store manager.
Eric WIt may have been the season, but the lot was mud and did not make for a great experience in loading/unloading. However, the staff were fantastic and ready and able to assist in moving equipment and knowledgeable. I would 5 star the staff, and 3 star the location.

EVERETT SStearns Lumber Company was excellent to pick up from. They were friendly and helpful and everything was prepared on time and ready to go for me. They deserve 5 stars for sure. We ended up needing two tires replaced within the first 200 miles of rental however, which is not Stearns' fault at all, but is why I marked the equipment "No" for being cleaned and maintained. Uhaul should never have sent out such bald tires and one with a huge cut in the sidewall. But Stearns - very good people for sure.
