The front desk person was excellent. Great explanations, the best I've heard in 30+ years of rentals. The vehicle, however, was unsafe. The transmission disengaged at highway speeds - twice. The first time, I put it down to user error; maybe I hadn't put the shifter firmly in the right position. No, the transmission was shot, it disengaged again driving city streets back to the dealer.
