Jesse BI honestly as a business owner and a good client to uhaul I don’t know why the owner of this location would call me to Zelle him $100 to clean the van because of light debris left in the van . We cleaned it as best as possible. I told him to charge me through uhaul why he is trying to make money and charge me on the side
marcus mReservation was at 6am and had to call 3 times to just be told there was no lockbox at that location but there was a lock on the truck to get the key. It took over an hour to get the truck
