Employee was extremely rude and argumentative and said that he wasn't gonna help me after I said I'm not gonna argue with you canyou6 check me out. He continued to argue. I said I dont want you to check me out I want someone else, he said u just gonna wait then and walk out.

Your employees were incredibly slow, made sure that we all heard them say how much they hate uhaul, how much the customers were a bother to them- multiple times. They slammed equipment around, and weren't careful with the customer's lighting connectors. Upon return, your employee was beyond rude, didn't check in my trailer or anything.

No one outside to drop equipment off at return booth. I just had to figure it out myself and guess at it and hope I was dropping it off correctly. A young man was out there sweeping the parking lot, I asked him if there is where you dropped off tow dolly and if I needed to sign anything. He said it was his second day there and didn't have any idea. No fault to him but needed an experienced employee out there to assist with drop offs. I went inside and stood in line for a while I was second in line. A third customer who was a black female came in was third in line. While I was waiting in line to ask them if I needed do anything with this drop off since no one helped me and no one was out there that knew how to do a drop off. A black employee came in and helped the black female behind me when I was next. He went and sat down after that. I had to go up to him and ask if I needed to do anything wit this return. He half-assingly said, "NAW YOU GOOD" without really even looking at me or the tow dolly or knowing what I even dropped off. The kid sweeping the parking lot could have ran off with it and had a free tow dolly cause who even knew it was there. I'll pick a better place to drop it off next time and not deal with them.

I would like to speak to someone regarding the return of the rental. (Immediately) I was way overcharged for this and I am not Happy at all. I spent $300 dollars when told it was $154.00. Something needs to be done here , I feel that I was taken advantage of and was charged way too much. This price is a monthly car payment. Please contact me 251-786-7253

The guy that checked me in was the rudest individual I have ever encountered! He literally threw the dolly in the back of the truck and walked away like a child. I will never go back to this location and I will tell everyone I know about how the customer service at this location is TERRIBLE!!!

Your dealer handed me a copy of the contract which I folded and put in my purse because I thought I knew the requirements. When I returned, the manager told me that I did not put gas in the tank. I was shocked because NOBODY told me to refill before I returned the truck. Car rentals tell you EVERY TIME that they speak with you that the vehicle must be returned with a full tank OR you will be charged. I offered to drive the truck to the gas station, but he declined because he had someone else waiting. Now the final copy sent to me by email shows that you charged me $18.00 for fuel, and for that price, I can buy almost a full tank of gas for my car at today's prices. It's robbery. I could have taken it to the gas station, and your next customer could have waited 15 minutes, which was the remaining time on my contract. The one thing that you did mention was insurance coverage for the vehicle. You were sure that you wanted that, but not a refill.

I cleaned the back of the van and even went so far as to wipe out the foot wells however I was still charged a $25 cleaning fee. If I had of known I would still be charged a fee I definitely wouldn’t have cleaned it.

I did not like the process of return the truck I put my key in the box an was not able to turn in the mileage and things they charged me for having the truck until.7am when it was turned in on time they also charged us for gas when we filled the truck up right down the street and I know it did not take a quarter tank r ol get back to the store. So I wo ik old not recommend them to any one else an charge of 58$ end up being over 100$

Make sure the miles in vehicle match the miles on the paperwork. Thank goodness I'm very observant and took pictures...almost like you trying to get over on your customers

Explain the 24 hour pick up when you pick up the day before say at 07:00 but the store is not open the next day at 09:00. What is the process. I got two explanations. One was if I turn the trailer before the store was open I would be charged $20.00 or I could wait until 09:00 then get another day charged.
