AMI SThe original vehicle I was assigned was unsafe with a non-working driver seat belt. Hence I called customer service, they assigned me a smaller vehicle but charged more than double. This is truly disappointing as I have been a regular customer, and I won’t rent through Uhaul again. If I am charged fraudulently by Uhaul to pay Penske-level prices, I might as well go with Penske that provides better, safer trucks.
MEGHRAY TWhen I went to pick up the trailer, apparently there was an eAlert associated with my name. So I had to call uHaul and wait on the phone for 25 minutes. There was no reason why the eAlert was input but it was cleared. I would like to know who initiated this eAlert. I'm sure you have it on record. I wasted half a day to get this matter corrected.
