First off the lott was a mess. Second my passenger did not have a seatbelt which is illegal and you are lucky im not reporting you. Third the interior light did not work Fourth the manager tried over charging me 100 miles thinking he had a stupid consumer. After I threatened to do a chargeback he fixxed the mileage.. Thus guy is a crook and is lucky I dont call the attorney generals office and file a complaint. I will never use Uhaul again.

I paid for my rental before picking up and was to have it for 24 HR. I was late picking it up. The reservation was cancelled! I then had to pay AGAIN. I am on a small fixed income and can't afford that. I was told the original payment would be refunded in a few days but then I couldn't afford to fill fuel exactly to the 1/4 line. It was just under. I was charged for missing fuel and a $30 service fee. It left me with no money. This whole experience was nightmare for a late pickup that was paid in full!

It was not the fault of the location where I picked up the truck, but that was not where my reservation to pick up the truck was to be. I contacted U-Haul's customer service and was told that the $50 refund for the original location not having my truck is only given if I go to that location and am told that the truck is not available. I disagree with this way of thinking. I would not recommend U-Haul just for that reason alone.

Uhaul is horrible and I will not use them again. I made a reservation for a location pickup for 11:30. I arrived for that appointment to be told i had to go somewhere else becuase Uhaul changed it. Nobody notified me before my reservation time. I drive the extra distance to a new location and get the pick up done. They overcharged me becuase the flexible drop off option over the Internet did not process. So i have two charges and one credit to track now. Then I go to drop off the next day at the location I reserved and they are not expecting me. Telling me that I did not go to the right place when i had most definitely made the reservation to return there becuase it was on my way to work. After 15 minutes they tell me I can go and a receipt will be emailed. A few hours later I get a call from uhaul asking me where the equipment is. Are you kidding me? You guys suck!!!

Very friendly service upon pickup. When I returned the truck on Sunday, the office was closed. So I dropped off key in lock box. I tried to do it via mobile app but for some reason it was not working and my rental still appeared as active. I had to call the 800 number to ensure they knew I had returned key within time frame. I called the location early the next morning and all was ok.

Fred was the most caring and helpful person i have ever dealt with. He made sue tye truck was clean and all paperwork matched. He accommodated all my moving needs with a smile! Absolutely amazing service! I had originally reserved a moving truck online at the U-Haul at the Princeton Airport location. Our reservation was supposed to be from 3-6pm on Saturday March 30th 2019. When we arrived at 3:02 to the Princeton Airport, the office was already closed with nobody on site. I am 30 weeks pregnant and moving house is stressful enough! I called many U Haul locations and Deans Ln, were by far the most helpful. Immediately I explained what had happened and they were willing to help at such last minute. We arrived within 20 mins of the phone call and they van was ready for us to go! We were able to load all of our furniture into one go, with the 9ft Cargo Van they had available and bring it back the next day, via the express key drop off. Excellent service from Deans Ln, thank you so much for making my very stressful weekend, not so stressful!!

I have been using this location for the past 8 years rented trucks numerous times the last time I used this the truck was returned with “little “ mud on the floor all it needed was a mop to do that they wanted to change me $50 which I thought was very high I don’t think I will “ever†use uhaul ever sorry but I had to bring this to notice
