Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location was convenient, but it was a bit littered from people cleaning out their Uhaul and leaving their trash. There was also poison oak growing on the trees by the lockboxes. My Uhaul also had trash in it (tissues, a jar of jam?, gloves, papers, etc). The code on the lockbox also did not work. I called customer service twice to get my Uhaul. Once to get the 9’ cargo van since my truck was not available (and the location was switched without notification) and once to figure out the correct code. Ultimately, it took 45 minutes to get the van when it used to take 5 minutes working with a Uhaul employee. Thank you and please consider improving this process.
