The ASM hitched me up to a trailer with a flat tire, then hitched me up to a new trailer and didn’t screw down the coupler. The trailer bounced up in the air when I tried to load my car. This was negligent.

I had a confirmed reservation but still had to wait in line for about 45 minutes to get to the counter. Totally unacceptable. Have more staff members.

The staff was great -- extremely helpful in educating us properly about driving the truck with auto transport and making sure everything was secure. Like most UHaul (and competing) places I've visited, more space to maneuver would be appreciated, especially when first getting used to the vehicle.

We had a least a 40 minute wait time before there was someone available to work with us. This may have been an unusual situation but it would have been nice if the employees would have said something concerning the long wait time.

The van was super clean and the employee that checked us out was very helpful! The only downside to our visit was that when we came into the office we had to wait 15+ minutes for someone to help us because the only employee in the office was on the phone and didn’t acknowledge us.

The truck ran great. The internet service was great. Problem on both ends, were your good employees were running with their heads cut off with so much work. Calling in to reserve or extend length of rental was just not happening. They have no time to field calls. I stopped in Moscow twice to get pricing and check availability and they were always jammed with incoming or outgoing rentals. I had to leave. Third time was a charm. Called Tucson requesting another day rental and the phone rang and rang. I gave up and went on line as I traveled

Manager was a veteran and pleasant, couldnt believe that bayshore gave me a truck without gas to drive to WA and forgot to include purchased items. Returned dolly and blanket charge to CC, but still owed money because I was over miles. Not a great experience with Uhaul to be honest.

The cab had an animal smell and animal hair all over. The machine made a noise the entire drive that was worrisome!

No improvements needed. Your customer service was spectacular! However, the time to wait in line was pretty bad... if y’all could add more checkout lines that would be nice!

When I called the local phone number, someone somewhere far away answered. I did not get the local business, but some centralized, corporate office that was out of sync with the facts. First, they spelled my name wrong, even though I spelled it out for them. Then they promised me a trailer that was already scheduled 4 days ago for someone else. So when I got done scheduled with my family and an assistant to help with the work, I drove into another town to find that the trailer I was expecting was not available. The local manager explained the situation, and was able to fit me with a different trailer that worked. She did an excellent job. The problem was with the corporate, centralized system. If the purpose of taking local control out of the local area is to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction, you have failed miserably.

Going one way - traffic lady was rude and incorrect. Tried to say they didn't have a 15' truck for me when they did. I checked with location and they confirmed they did have a 15' truck reserved for me. I didn't want traffic lady in Spokane to change or cancel my reservation so I phoned back. She said good luck they don't know what they are doing there. I showed up at my scheduled time. It was busy, end of the month rush. But they had my truck and were very friendly and got me on my way. Location experience A+. Traffic lady in Spokane - not so much.

They did not have any scanners to use at the front desk for scanning licenses so employees were forced to log into Uhaul on their phones in order to scan licenses. They need proper equipment. But overall customer service was excellent and employees were very friendly both on the phone and in oerson

The local employees are trying to help customers. However uhaul seems to have national issues. The reservation system was kind of a joke. We thought we had a trailer reserved but were switched to a pickup location one and a half hours away. Thought we had the issue resolved and were told our pickup location was an hour away when we arrived. Decided to cancel and get a different trailer they had onsite. The person helping us wasn't allowed.to just cancel it. I had to call the national number and wait on hold to cancel it while at the same time doing the new paperwork. The reservation system was worthless. I should have just walked in and asked what was available on the spot.

I had some difficult interactions with the people at this location is various ways. I would be more than happy to communicate them over the phone, but suffice to say, working with this uhaul reservation has made a stressful week even more stressful.

Location understaffed. 8 people in line and associate at the cash register told the person ( I guess in charge) that he was supposed to be getting off. The manager person told him "no problem, take off." He offered to stay to wait on the people who at this point were lined up to the door and the supervisor person said "No, go ahead and go." It took almost an hour to get this trailer picked up. When it was finally my turn, he started the contract, we had to go outside and hook me up, then back inside to finish the contract and pay, then to another employee to get blankets. The whole system seems super inefficient. This location has been understaffed every time I have ever been in there.
