It was a pleasure to meet Mr. Hull. I chose this location because it had better customer ratings than the other local option. 90 minutes before my contract ended HQ sent me an email telling me to return my rental to this other location (the one with the lower ratings) in an effort to balance the units in Mount Airy. It all worked out well.

ELIZABETH BSpoke too multiple reps about the transaction prior to retrieving vehicle and returning but yet after the fact was threatened with having charges pressed about not returning a vehicle or it couldn’t be found either saying it was deemed “lost” the vehicle was exactly where we dropped it off and said we would drop it off. Was even on camera footage a now I’m being charged for dropping the vehicle off in the wrong area?
