Easy to access and simple.
Dennis LMaybe just a be tad bit friendlier at the beginning of the pick up.
Travis PMy only complaint is where you pick up the vehicle makes it hard to take all the pics needed when picking up and dropping off with out getting hit by traffic. My other major problem is with u haul itself when it comes to using the app to return the truck after hrs. Fix your fucking app since it took me 30min to return because your app kept crashing making it difficult and made me miss an event because I wasn't gonna get charged $20 for after hr return.
Jeremy SThe shop keeper was very rude. He did not seem interested in providing any “service” if you pick up here I would just go the online self check in route. This guy should just stop leasing uhauls. When I walked in the door, he did not bother to say anything. When I asked him if he was the guy to rent work with for a Uhaul he asked if I saw anyone else around and walked over to the computer and did not say anything else to me.
