I have never had a better experience with uHaul than with the South Wellington location. All locations should learn feom them. Their customer service is incredible and they are friendly, happy people. 11 out of 10!

zoe T.Check engine light was on which made for a very nerve wracking drive from Nanaimo to Campbell River. Did not appreciate that the fuel take wasn't at full; make it more difficult to know how much gas it needed when refilling (plus had to do it in Campbell River where gas was more expensive because there wasn't enough to get back to town).
