Thomas BNot Nantons fault at all they were helpful but U-Haul bookings itself for the overbooking and having to travel 2 hours plus to get a truck… not happy with U-Haul its Ld but the dealer was amazing!

Blaine S1. It took me over 2 hours to rent a tow doly 2. The straps to hold the tires was trashed and I had to use my own tie downs to make sure that the vehicle attached to the tow doly was secure. 3. The lady on the phone would NOT listen - only followed a script - and did NOT know what she was doing. 4. The 4th person I finally got to speak to was able to do some work arounds to get past the system.
