Called night before and they told me someone should be there by 7:00AM, my return time. Gate wasn't open at 7:30 still. Called U-Haul and they tried to help. Finally the local U-Haul territory personnel's me to just j hook and leave outside the gate, which I did.

U-Haul lied to me about where I was picking up my trailer. Then they lied again where I was dropping it off. U-Haul has done this exact same thing to me in the past, so I verified the trailer was available where I wanted to pick it up near my house. They take your money, then send you another address 20 miles out of my way to go get it. Drop off exact same scenario, they tell you drop off where ever you want, then send you a message to drive across town. They pull this same crap every time, make reservation making you believe you are going to one location, TAEK YOUR MONEY, then send you across town. U-Haul sucks & thieves
john hLet your customers know it is all done by a virtual staff member. My smart phone was not compatible. If my brother had not been there I would not have been able to pick up.
VARDA WLocation is Very hard to find off of a very busy road. There was no one at the location. Virtual check-in. Finally, when a person showed up the Customer was ask to back U-Haul into a very tight space.
