Our only concern with this rental was that we had requested an appliance dolly when we made the rental but the location didn't have one when we arrived to pick up the truck.

I had to drive to Napoleon from defiance to pick up the truck so the girl told me she would give me 20 extra miles no charge which would give me 171 miles I was charged for the miles

Make it easier to remove roaming charges that were added by error. Since I rented for a one way but somehow was scheduled to drop off where I picked up the truck.

Wiring was all screwed up on the trailer. It took several hours for a technician to get it road worthy

I called and did not know if I would be able to get to store before it closed, but I did with only 10 minutes to spare. She was wonderful! We got it hooked up quickly, and even had a few laughs while we got the paperwork ready. I live in Defiance, but will make all my U-Haul rentals here from now on.

my appointment was bumped. when i scheduled the truck there was no indication that others had rented before me. when i went to pick up truck the pick up location had been changed. i was notified over the weekend about this...luckily i had time to reschedule for the next day.

My original location was in Defiance, Ohiio w/a pick up time of 8 a.m. when I got there they dnd't have a vehicle for me, that's how I ended up in Napoleon to get a Uhaul!! So needless to say I wasm't very happy neither was my son! That was another hr til they open n another hr travel n wait time before we could even start to load the truck. Wasted time, yes I got extra miles but such an invonveniece for all who was thr helping me pack up n move!!! I should've been given a discount for such the inconvenience.
