Nazer AMy experience at this location was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, the van was filthy when I picked it up. The interior cab was covered in dust and dried mud, and the cargo area clearly hadn't been swept or vacuumed in a long time. Second, I only drove a total of 14 km and put in $5.00 of gas (2.75 L)—which is actually more fuel than a 14 km trip uses. The gas gauge was returned to at least the 3/4 level it had at pickup, if not higher. I took photos of both the gas gauge and odometer to prove this. Despite this, I was incorrectly billed a $13.99 fuel top-up fee and had to waste time calling customer service to get it refunded. When I called this location directly to clarify, the staff member, someone with a young voice, was rude, argued with me about the fuel level, and ended the call with a sarcastic comment. Vehicles should be properly cleaned between rentals, staff must verify fuel photos before adding bogus charges, and customer service standards at this location need serious improvement.
