Tonya C.Correct your billing process. I was charged double what I expected after U-Haul asked me to move locations. I accepted the fact that the original location failed to obtain the trailer that I requested and moved to a second location. That location closed at noon. I returned the trailer after closing hours and was charged more than I expected. Have done in the past with no issues, this time I was charged for an extra day.
