Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis is the second time I’ve rented a U-Haul truck from David and just as the first time the rental experience was simple, seamless as well as very professional. Keep up the good work David!

LAUREN MLots of vehicles, small location.
Aarda WUhaul allowed me to rent an in town truck to travel from texas to tennessee without telling me. i found out when i went to drop off the truck and had to pay a surprise extra 1500$. at no point in the process did uhaul ever tell me that it was an in town vehicle — it said so on my contract but this was also not sent to me until the day i turned in my truck. i put in the information that i would be going from texas to tennessee, i prepaid 1000 miles, and my license is a tn license. i’m not entirely sure how exactly it slipped through the cracks when i made no secret about the fact that i would be traveling 1000 miles away and not returning the truck to texas. they never followed up with me after making my reservation and there was no indication that i had reserved an in town truck instead of a one way truck.
