Not the locations fault - this is fully a corperate shit show. Uhaul needs to get their online check in working properly before offering it. When you're moving there are so many things going on, and really don't want things to be more difficult than they need to be. Requiring a picture when I already confirmed via text that I was myself, and then it won't load. 30 mins of errors, 10 mins of waiting on the phone in vain to speak with someone from uhaul itself because the auto company was unable to help me when I had already started the check in process. This was my 2nd time using uhaul services within the year, but after that experience with checking in, I wouldn't recommend uhaul to my worst enemy.DANIELLE W.
I picked up a tow dolley for trailering my car. The person who hooked the dolley to the u-haul truck did not offer guidance on how to attach the car to the dolley. He did show me when I asked him. I suggest it should be standard for the u-haul representative to give a short explanation of how to use the equipment. By the way, the dolley worked GREAT!! Thanks.Desmond C.

It was a very sketchy pick up. The building was a skeleton with simply 3 people on lawn chairs to rent the truck. It certainly was not my first choiceJohn M.
I would have given a 5 star if not for the hassle of the app struggling to identify location. I had to wait there for 1 hour figuring out with customer care, who are unable to help. At that point the agent at location arrived (earlier than store opening hours) and was able to unlock the vehicle from his device and help. The convenience of 24/7 share is meaningless if we have such nuisance or unable to get the truck during the move. So agents at UHAUL rock. UHAUL app/customer care and technical difficulties need to be resolved. Families trying to move should not be caught in these situations.VENKATA P.
