The only problem with this store is the amount of time that you have to stand in line to get your equipment. It's the same problem every time I use this store. They should really look into hiring more staff. I even did the early check in online and still had to stand in line for 20-25 minutes. That's the only reason this place does not get 5 stsrs.john C.
I have booked a cargo van from Uhaul 1175 state street at 3.38 PM on May 5, 2021. We have checked the van and brought the attention of the Uhaul representative about the issue with a back (left) tyre . He checked and confirmed that the tyre has no issue and we can take it. Once we reached home which was just 2 miles away we noticed a hole and air was leaking from the tyre . This kind of carelessness of Uhaul representative can cause a major accident . I am really disappointed with this pathetic service Additionally, I could not use the van for anything. We requested for a service technician and he reached at 8.30 pm. He was supposed to reach at 6 pm . We booked the van to return a lot of stuff to UPS store which closes at 6.30 pm. Overall, it is a complete waste of money with a lot of additional troubles. I request you to please return our money back. I have not used this Van at allJessica V.
Get workers who cares about the customers. No one came with me to check out the truck. There was no way I could see what was behind me when I was backing up the truck. I was giving very little information on the billing. The apt they gave me didn't work.ROBBERT C.
The drivers seat does not adjust forward. It is stuck in on position. I had to move to the edge of the seat so my back was not sitting against the seat.CHERYL K.
I used the iOS app to reserve the truck, but it didn't save any time. The rental agent still had to enter in my information and I still had to use the credit card machine at the counter. The storage facility smelled quite bad and there were a lot of cars consistently blocking the entrance. The employees didn't seem to be paying attention and I didn't feel very safe while unloading the truck. The actual truck drop off went fine, but the storage facility was not ideal.Margot F.

At first I was frustrated because despite reserving the truck 2 days prior to picking the truck up some items I needed were not available at the renting location and I was forced to drive the truck to another location to get the remaining items (2 dollies and a hand truck). In 2 days someone could've confirmed that everything included in a reservation is available at the renting location and customers should not be required to drive from one location to another to complete their rental. That's definitely smooth business! But when I returned the truck they did agree to clean it for us AND did promptly remove the overcharge for 8 extra furniture pads that were NOT included in my order.Yvette R.

The "kids" (I'm 69) that work the front off here are great to work with. The are bright, pleasant and seem like they are trying to please. I've dealt with this group a few times, and they don't fail to leave me satisfied. Email confirmations & receipts came promptly. My only complaint is the length of time I spent on hold waiting. Corporate needs to address- it could be a deal breaker for some.Norman B.
