I rented the uhaul for one day spent 95.00 to get my name off a elite list plus which did not match my address or email..paid additional 70.00 for use to move and went 60 miles over limit ,brought the van back fully loaded with gas.. and was billed a extra 119.00 Total explain how I can speak to someone about this.. The place was very busy and it took a long time to get my trailer I did all the pre-paperwork online and had to redo it all in the place again. After the paperwork was done very umorganized outside had to wait around 30 minutes before someone help me get the trailer.Gregory B.

The office closed a 7pm I got there at 7:02. I tried to use the app to share my location. It didn't work! I went to the door and spoke to an associate who was of no help at all!! It was frustrating and unprofessional! I ended up agreeing to the fee, which was not necessary! Never again!Jerilyn B.
I was charged for the handruck, but I didn't request it... it just came in the truck. In addition, I was charged $25 cleaning fee, although there was nothing to clean. I literally swept out the truck in front of the attendant.MILLER G.
The Staff looks overworked, which makes it harder for them to keep up with the demand. The few times I called, I was placed on hold for 30 minutes, and finally had to go though the logistics office to get help. The truck we rented had a dirty cabin, and a good portion of damages were not marked with an X - I ran out of picture options to catalog everything. One highlight though is Brooklyn - She was super helpful. Every time I've had an issue, somehow she is able to work her magic and resolve what needs to be done.David M.

I don't appreciate being allowed to book a truck online only to show up and be told that they don't actually have trucks available. Luckily the problem was resolved in store this time, but I have serious reservations about ever using uhaul again.Gregory H.
This truck had a few major issues and should be inspected before being allowed to be put to use by another customer. 1.) There is a whole in the truck in the driver side corner of "grandmas attic" and I had 6 soaking boxes when unpacking it after driving in the rain. 2.) The outlet for phone chargers is broken - I put in TWO USB chargers and they both popped and smelt like burnt electricity. 3.) When accelerating a strange whistling noise would occur, I couldn't pin point if it was from wind or something mechanical. 4.) The dashboard light flickered on and off (only once) towards the end of the trip. I couldn't get rid of this truck fast enough. Check your equipment, PLEASEPeter H.
