We had to return our truck Sunday night. We got a storage room that day to unload the truck. The online process was easy however once we got to our unit the storage was padlocked despite the online booking saying "the lock and key will be in the storage unit". We could not access the unit that day and had to wait for the following morning which made it difficult with my work schedule. It was stressful when you are told you have access to your unit and then you can't even open it. I also called that location in Tulane AL multiple times and they never picked up

Frederick W. | First ImpressionsGood day. The staff was excellent in helping my family and I. But I had an issue with the rental of a truck the first time I got there, I got gas and returned the truck and was charged with low gas. I had only drove 14 miles and had the truck no more than one hour. What I did not do then was take photos or get a receipt for the gas. This time when I picked up a van and check the gas level it was less than the second notch (photo taken) I drove less than a mile , the marker dropped substantially (photo taken). This time I had drive less than 10miles and had the van about an hour. I did fuel up the van and returned it pass the mark I got it. I am not pointing fingers just making a legitimate case on the rental of your vehicles. SOMETHING IS WRONG!!!!
