Nothing needs changing. Everything was straight forward and the man running the place was very helpful.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTires need looked at the right rear tire seemed like it needed replaced because it was kind of bald
Marc MI think the website is very hard to use. The rental location should have Wi-Fi to allow customers easier access to the U-Haul site. I use Verizon but only had two bars and it was very slow by using my cell phone without internet
Phillip SGreat customer service nice late night drop-off and very helpful and pleasant on phone quick responses too
DEREK WThe owner Dalton was very helpful pleasant to work with and since I didn't have data to do the check in for the return Dalton was good enough to help me with that. Thanks Dalton
