Very easy to drop off. Would use them again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe website is not that easy to navigate and we use mobile pick up all the time so I am familiar with it.
Stephanie DIt was great keep doing what you're doing!
Adam SThe APP was slow and didn't load the requirement to log mileage and gas level photos until after we left the location. It would be helpful if the dropoff process in the app started with full instructions and steps before starting so I would have known what was required and to wait for the app.
Matthew PTruck had ZERO fuel. I had to immediately stop at the nearest gas station. App based pick-up experience was HORRIBLE. Took more than an hour to get access to the truck. FIX your technology.
