The APP was slow and didn't load the requirement to log mileage and gas level photos until after we left the location. It would be helpful if the dropoff process in the app started with full instructions and steps before starting so I would have known what was required and to wait for the app.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTruck had ZERO fuel. I had to immediately stop at the nearest gas station. App based pick-up experience was HORRIBLE. Took more than an hour to get access to the truck. FIX your technology.
Keith JExtremely helpful and resourceful. There was an issue with the U-Haul app, which I experienced and the store personnel did too, but they made it work right away. A+ service, thank you.
Jaime FPeople were very nice and accommodating! Will definitely rent here again!
