This location was on-line only and the people inside were very nice but could not help with anything.
Jay FThey did not provide the correct combo for the lockbox they said the key was in. The key was actually in the returned key box. It took a 20 minute phone call to figure this out.
James MCommunication with the customer was very horrible
dyannah bThere was nothing to really indicate that this was a U-Haul return center. The only reason I knew this was from past experience and the presence of two U-Haul’s in the parking lot. There is no signage, nothing that looks official. I used the self check out on my Phone app, which was very difficult because there was very poor reception in that area. If I were recommending to a friend, I would recommend a different return location.
