Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPretty dirty and dark
John RMore accurate pictures showing the key boxes. The first picture showed the mailbox and said the box was under it. I needed to hit the forward button to see the correct location.
Susan PCompleted check in ahead of pickup, but phone staff said I had to do it again. Office was not open even phone staff said it would be. Took half hour for phone staff to figure out how to get my key from lockbox. Phone staff stated that my return time would be 9 am since it took so long to get the key, then Uhaul billed for that extra half hour.
MICHAEL ROur pickup time was 9 AM and the office was closed. I called UHaul and was told that the key was in a lockbox and I was able to access it with a provided code. However I’m not sure why I wasn’t provided the code in advance or told the office would be closed and the key would be in the lockbox. Also the moving supplies I ordered were not in the van and the floor of the van was filthy with dirt and other debris
