Manager was extremely busy multitasking but still provided great service.
Michael DThe website for U-Haul was inaccurate and the poor man at the station was alone working and having to deal with us and many others coming in since it was a gas station. He was very helpful just needed more help, he shouldn’t have to be that stressed. The u-haul website should’ve sent updated information since the trailer I had rented was not there anymore so we had to pay more and get a truck.
