Lady at the desk said they don't give free upgrades when there is only one huge truck available and no smaller ones despite the fact that we'd return the truck the same night so someone else could rent it the next day. However, another lady at a different location informed us about calling "traffic" to request free upgrade since it's not really our fault that there is no smaller ones available. The truck we got had a check engine light and we had to take a photo to show that the tank was not at 3/4 a tank so they marked it one mark lower to be more accurate so that we wouldn't have to pay for someone else's gas. We took a video of how much black gunk came out from our mop vacuum when we mopped the truck. We only moved one couch that was in a house and a couple pieces of wood that were brand new. That caked black gunk was cleaned by us even though we didn't do it. We didn't notice the dirty ground at first since we got it right at closing time. UHaul gave a courtesy $25 cleaning fee refund since we deep cleaned the back of the truck for them.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe rubber around the front windshield was loose. So extremely noisy and flopping. We wasted time and money. Put duct tape on to make it drivable. We did call customer number. It could’ve been a disaster!
