I got caught up in unloading and unpacking, causing me to miss my return time. This place called me 2 hours after my time and said they needed the truck for another customer. I apologized for the delay and promptly brought the truck. At this point, I was 2 1/2 hours late and find out they charged me for whole extra day. But, someone else was renting the truck so they were double dipping on charges. The lady at the desk got very irritated and angry when I asked her to explain why I was being charged a whole day, but couldn't keep the truck for the time I was being charged. And, she kept saying I was a day late, when it was less than 3 hours. I will never use, nor recommend Uhaul again for any one to use. Worst experience with renting a moving truck. To the point of being a corrupt practice.Jesse S.
The employee did not input the correct outgoing mileage of the U-Haul. So when it was time for me to return the truck I sat there for about an hour for customer service. When I finally got connected with someone he gave me a different mileage to put in and I had to retake the pictures to input and everything . It was annoying !! I returned the truck almost 20 mins after the time I was supposed to return it because of this.KANIYAMONAE A.

Perhaps the representatives could reveal the exact location of the vehicle so that the customer is not left to trudge through the rain to find the number on the bumper. At the very least, tell the customer that the number identifying the vehicle is found on the front bumper, since I thought I was looking for the license plate number.Phyllis B.
Give a call with more than a 24 hour notice when your company is changing the pickup time and location of a trailer. This caused a big inconvenience in that someone I had helping me move had already taken the day off of work to help making them lose money when the trailer wasn't even available. Secondly, when you get the trailer in, GIVE A CALL! If you've changed my pickup time from 10am to 4pm, but you get the trailer in at 2pm don't wait for the customer to call to tell them it's there early. Poorly managed time for such a large company.Michael K.
Poor customer service, took forever to call and talk to someone about a change I needed to make. Then on pick up day they truck was not at given location, so had to go 45 minutes away to pick it up. Truck was disgusting in the cabin. I wouldn't recommend U-Haul based on my experience. And I'll never use them again.CHAD S.

My entire rental experience was excellent. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The vehicle was clean, mechanically well functioning. However, one incident soured the experience at the end. The person to whom I dropped off the vehicle decided to add almost $10 to the expected charge. When I asked him for the reason, he said that there were additional taxes. I asked him to show me the details. Then he changed the reason and claimed that the gas tank was not full. I showed him the gas meter that indicated a full tank. Then he dropped the extra charges (except one additional mile which needed to be charged). It is just unfortunate that all the good work that was done to provide perfect service was spoiled by this petty false charge of totally about $7.ERAN L.

Better explain how the 4 letter combo licks work. I had to ask someoneto open it for me because I couldn't get it to work. Also your online check in system wasn't working and crashed my browser! I had to reboot my phone. Not the locations fault, but corporate needs to get their system functional.PRESCOTT TRENT F.

DON'T USE THIS VENDOR! THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND PROVIDE NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO REMOVE THE CHARGE FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD! I called customer service and was put on hold, then transferred twice to another department that never picked up after waiting for 37 minutes! There is no customer service!
