Didn't know what to do when I got there, called the local number listed on the reservation. He was irritated and rude about my call and said I have nothing to do with U-Haul, we don't open until 11, you just use the app. Don't you have the app? Was already going to be a stressful day, didn't need to be talked to like that first thing in the morning. Should have been clear when reservations made to use the app only and informed about the process being online only.

Truck and trailer were not hitched together and they were parked in a boxed in location that required me to move a separate trailer myself to get the equipment out.
