There was a man living in the U-Haul. We had to wait for him to gather his belongings and exit the back of the truck. There were cigarette butts as well as urine on one wall, the floor and the pulldown strap to the door. We had to sanitize the truck before loading our belongings. This was not during business hours and no one was available to swap trucks. Another customer had arrived for the other truck and we would not have passed it off to him anyway.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisToo many steps on the application to pick up a truck
Fred SIt was hard getting to the lock box and it was a little rusted shut
Nisha HThere was no one there. I tried the drip off link to no avail then, I called the toll free number who told me to leave the key in the Dropbox as a result I got charged for an additional day. Terrible service. I would not recommend.
Teena WThe truck’s passenger side mirror does not stay in position. It needs to be tightened.
