The truck I rented did not have working heat. I drove nearly 900 miles round trip over two days. At the start of the second day I called the local U-Haul office to request a vehicle swap. I was told by the employee that she would call her manager to ask for an accommodation and she would call me back. I was not contacted again.

Mr Cruz was extremely helpful and nice
Cara LRemote location. Not where originally scheduled. Had to correspond over the telephone. Truck was clean inside however exterior of truck was damaged. AC fan motor worked intermittently resulting in uncomfortable trip.
Mars DDropped off trailer a day ahead of time, but the Uhaul location did not notify Uhaul that the trailer was dropped off. This resulted in a Uhaul representative calling me to inquire where the trailer was.
