On sept. 15th We called uhaul and asked this place if it was okay to drop off here instead of the location I had to pick online an everyone said yes that is fine. Today Sept. 18 I was charge my refundable $60 we had to put down as a deposit because it said we didn't drop off 3 days late and then a $22 charge for wrong drop off location... something is not right and uhaul owes me $82 which my husband will be call ing about in the morning.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe office at this place displayed offensive political notices and figurines that were lewd and disgusting. The tire shop told me I could find the U-Haul employee “down at the bar”. They pointed down the street. I expected that I would be interrupting a person on their break, maybe drinking. Instead, I was happy to find the bartender was also the U-Haul employee. She was pleasant and very helpful. It would have been preferable for them to tell me I was looking for the bartender. U-Haul employee was great but the people at Gary’s Tire were not wanting to answer questions or even be helpful at all.
Gina HVery easy location for in and out.
Fred KAlmost impossible to get to with closed road and pot holes that were bigger than my car.
Carl HAll is well.
