The truck was great - the pick-up location was scary. As a single woman, I would never go into a C-Store like that. Windows covered - very sketchy. But attendant was nice.
Debra VWas easy to locate, staff was quick and helpful. Seems like a very sketchy location though and I wouldn't pick one up from there, also not the easiest parking lot to park the U-haul in. Everything went fine here though.
Dallas MWhen you have to go to 3 different locations to get the trailer you wanted from the 1st location, you lose alot of time. Thatbi was not happy about. The trailer performed flawlessly though for my trip, so that helped out a ton.
kevin bI did not get a dolly that I reserved for my truck. I had to drive to a main location to ask for one. This caused extra miles for my rental which resulted in higher cost.
