The person running this store is running scams on customers and stealing money. He charged someone an extra 5$ on their card and when they came back in and called him out, he just laughed and pulled out a 5 from the register and gave it to her. He tried to charge my card 1,044$ for my uhaul even tho I had already paid and was showing him my bank statement, he INSISTED my card had no been charged. When I went to turn in my truck, he just said ok bye, didn't ask my name, no walk thru, no processing the refund or helping get to the bottom of what happenedBrittany D.

I reserved a utility dolly and they didn't have any dolly available. I called around for the next couple hours and couldn't rent one. Made the moving washer/dryer up stairs at apartment tough.William H.

Fucking ghetto drop off but the guy working the gas station (not your employee) was nice. But this isn't my complaint. Your customer service sucked ass - by phone, by chat, and your online check-in was awful because it couldn't even find me. Your phone people couldn't help or sent me to phone numbers that were after hours. Your online chat - after waiting 10 minutes for a human - bumped me off because I didn't respond within 30 seconds. The 2nd attempt told me there would be a 15 minute wait JUST TO CHAT. The rest of this move will definitely be done with trucks borrowed from friends. This was a bullshit experience for $370. And you rounded up the last mile from 0,2 to 1. I'm sure the next guy will pay that mile as well.Terry W.
