Derek was very kind and informative. My reservation eas redirected to the different location and was canceled in the middle of verification process. I went back to Derek and he kindly help me. I need people like Derek instead of AI and AI related your crew who was very dry and act like mean civil workers.

Derek was very helpful and friendly.
Rob Wthe truck was in excellent condition and the clerk was very friendly and courteous.
David OI had made a reservation online but it directed me to this location and I am glad it did I needed a 20" uhaul and they just so happened to have on he advised he noted the account that I no longer needed the reservation and instructed me in how to cancel. The gentleman was very pleasant and was a pleasure to work with.
