Great customer service

O WThe location was fine, and the people that were running the location was fine, but the vehicle itself had major issue with loud noise. Sounded like a jackhammer on top of the roof. Called customer service and they said we would have to wait on road side assistance before swapping out a truck. Because of our time constraint, we told them we were not able to sit on the side of the road and wait for them to come check out the truck. They sent a phone number to call to talk with someone else but we could hardly hear from the noise on the truck. We opted to go buy ear plugs and continue on otherwise we would not have made it back from Okc to Arkansas and back before the facility closed at 7:00 pm and we would have to come back and drop off the truck in the morning. Have videos of the loud, unbearable noise. I am 100% the next to rent the truck will have the same issues. I’ve rented trucks from U-Haul for years… first time had a terrible experience
