Windows were left open and it was raining I had to wipe both seats down before driving. Gas tank was at 1/4 tank I was told to return it at a 1/4 tank. I returned it with 3/4 tank because I had filled it before my trip. I feel if you rent a car or truck you should get it with a filled tank and return it with a full tank.
