This reservation was a disaster. There was no U-Haul personnel on site when there should have been, attendant said site was down and could not complete the dispatch so sent me to proper U-Haul location who peomptly informed me to go back to the original location and call U--Haul support which took over 20 mins to get to the correct area because no one was picking up and my call bounced to other areas. Once that finally got straightened out I was informed the dollies I requested were not available either. All in U-Haul wasted an hour and a half of my time when I was operating under tight time constraints and then borderline threatened me to make sure I got the van back on time. This was an awful experience from start to finish.
JOHN CSecond time I rented from this location and the location always tries to charge again for gas surcharge. I filled it to proper level when I returned just outside their shop , because it’s a gas station…yet they still billed me another $6+ . I calculate my bill to be roughly $45 $29.99 rental I drove 12 miles only as noted, if anything gas gauge probably wouldn’t even more with naked eye but I put in $5 in anyways and the nerve to charge me again…somehow my bill went from $45 to $59…never renting with this company again
michael hTruck was left with rear door open and filled with debris from trees as well as spiders Trucks needs maintenance on engine and transmission. Location wanted Truck back before my 24 hours was up. When I asked about keeping Truck an extra 2 hours I was told I'd have to pay for another day and more because they needed Truck back for another reservation. Just rude and disrespectful. I had to finish my move with a pick up truck making several trips and added hours on to an already long day.
Jason AReserved 2 hand trucks, but they only had 1. Truck was dirty and passenger-side mirror wouldn't adjust.
