The location was hard to find but once we found it and went inside, the lady was very helpful.

I had an expectation to pick up my truck at an actual U-haul location. There was no clear communication regarding picking up the truck from a gravel parking lot behind a gas station. I was extremely confused. When I got an alert where my pick up was to be, I called to verify because I purposefully wanted to pick up at a location close to my house - not all the way across town. Then, that morning I expected to be able to add on equipment/supplies but since it wasn't a U-haul location, I couldn't do that. Because it was at a gas station, there was no one to do a walk-around with - which I disliked. The app did not work and I could not check in easily. I had to call several numbers before someone could help. Then, the app wouldn't let me attach photos of the truck - despite trying numerous times.

William TThis is a drop off site only. Store person informed me to just drop the trailer and handle the paperwork on line.....Always a bit uneasy not having someone confirm the return on site. The location is very convenient to get in and out
GEORGE PHelped out great with changing of drop off location because original drop off location was full.
