It was one of the worst experiences I can remember. Days before, I made a reservation, uploaded required documents, and paid for it online. I showed up at my 9am reservation. I was about the 5th person in line. I did not get my trailer for about 2,5 hours!!! Each person took about 45 minutes. Everyone had reservations but several trucks or equipment were not there. There was a single person working the whole store. Supposedly the computer system was not performing well and the store clerk said it happens all the time! Because I had movers waiting for me to arrive with the trailer I had to pay them $200 extra... just for waiting around. I was soooo upset!!!

MICHAEL Hhe's never there, how do they close every tuesday and lunch is 12-3:30 what in the world. He just sends texts and make clients do everything on app the driveway is super tight and half the times no where to park because of other uhauls. I honestly dont think he should do uhaul rentals here, it doesnt make sense.
