Pickup location was fine but the app didn't work and I had to go inside and do it all myself. I also was supposed to have 2 Dollie's and furniture pads and didn't get any of that.

Location was super convenient and the owner of the establishment was so helpful! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good and easy moving experience
Daniel B.The location was fine. The app was horrible and couldn't be used. The employee at this location was very helpful. Ordered a doley as well and it was not available. The employee was able to let us use the one the store had. The whole " U-Haul" experience was not up to standard. This is the second time trying to use the 24/7 app unsuccessfully. I would not recommend this option at all!
Deanna B.Unmarked drop-off building was not disclosed to us that it would be that way. Just looked like a gas station. The man who checked our truck in was complaining that they aren't supposed to take the trucks late/on weekends but we were unable to use the keydrop box since all 3-4 parking spaces were taken already by other U-Haul trucks. The only reason we even found the place was because of those other trucks being parked outside. Just was not a friendly or welcoming experience at all.
