They said there was gas in the truck and there was no gas. It was right above E. Also no dolly or straps. The people at the place spoke very little English. I have used u haul a few times but this was my worst experience ever.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo improvements, the process was made easy by the lady at the front desk. She was able to answer most of my questions despite not being a U-Haul worker.
Jani JI loved how easy the process was. My car broke and I needed to bring it to my mechanic. I did not have any reservations. I just showed up to inquire if they had availability, and 10 minutes later I was rolling out with a trailer. Very friendly staff. From the lady in the front desk, to the gentleman who helped me park when I returned the equipment. Definitely coming back there if I need it and recommend it to everyone.
