I ordered 2 furniture Dollie’s, they didn’t have them available when I got there. Instead of removing them from my order they left them in there. When I went back to drop it off I told them about it again, she said that they would remove them and send the bill. I got a receipt for full payment with the Dollie’s still on it!!!
Stephen BThe staff never showed the equipment, had difficulty taken order. When returned the staff person didn't come out to look at return asked twice said she would do it later, i asked do i need to sign anything she said no. I didn't feel comfortable about what se was telling me so i took pictures of the trailer with date and time. Then a couple days later i found out that i was charged for a 2 day rental, when i only used it for 4 hours. i called customer service and had to send the pictures with date and time for proof of return. He then saw that i was telling the truth and gave the 1 day refund. This should have never happen and the wasted time needed to resolve this and waiting on a refund.
james sCar dolly did not fit the vehicle outward trying to tow it was not wide enough for the tires to go up on it so I had to take it back and rent a hauler to haul the car with Will I be able to get a refund for the tow dolly or put it toward the payment of my car hauler that I rented
