This location is all done through the app but the location doesn't get good enough cell phone reception to operate the app correctly. One would think that if it is expected to use a tool that everything needed would be provided so maybe some wi-fi at the location with a sign to let people know they can use it would be good.

Location service on the Uhaul App would not have given us so many problems if the truck was actually at the right address location for pickup. Wasted an hour to get help from customer support.
Michael MThe problem I had was cell service trying to use mobile check-in. Trying to find signal. Took longer than the expected pickup and drop-off.

Pamela HThe unit was very dirty on the outside(makes it hard to find previous damage) and was a bit dirty on the inside. I thoroughly wiped down the inside with a car interior cleaner upon return- except deep under seats.
