we rented a 12X6 trailer to deliver logs. One of the tired exploded mid-transit...you could tell it was clearly damaged before the pop. We were delayed by 2 hours and lost money on our deliveries.

RODOLPHE LWell unfortunately smokers rent your equipment and smoke in it; which is beyond your control. As a non smoker; the smell was a little too much to handle. It would be great that some air fresher could be sprayed in it after someone smoke in. It might be a bit too much to do but just giving my feedback! Tks
CARLTON FOverall, this process was seamless. Quick pick-up, super easy check-in at the end of the day and the price, other companies just don't compare. Extremely cost effective. The gentleman working the desk was very friendly. I would use U-Haul and more specifically, the Merivale location again.
