There was an issue with the online system that caused problems. I needed to make a change on the details from my initial reservation, but the system was permanently locked onto them. After about 30 minutes of dealing with the tech support people, the clerk canceled the reservation and started all over to get through the online system glitch. That fixed the issue and they got me on my way. Thanks to the clerks! My hats off to them!

JOSEPH CThe entrance to drop off was not accessible in the truck without completing a dangerous 3 point turn. Not related to the rental location: the truck we were rented was new & had a leak in the mom's attic area on the driver side. There were extensive rainstorms along the route. Fortunately, none of the items that were saturated were ruined, but it did make unloading the truck more challenging.

JOHN RI thought this was a 24hr location when I arrived to drop of the equipment its hard to get in the property, and no one was there to help also the location is in the county so its hard to get cell service to start an online return.
