I thought it was quite interesting to see pumps from earlier days and I was greeted by a very friendly chef and she took my paperwork and said I did not have to wait, within minutes, I was notified that the paperwork was taken care of, it was thrilling to walk into a diner/Uhaul. I felt welcome and most importantly, I did not have to worry about if something was taken care of or not...????

The computer said the fuel was at 3/4 full when it was really barley half. Also it said it had less miles on it then it did. I also had to put a 100$ deposit on the truck which I was told I would get back when I returned the truck. I returned the truck yesterday and am still waiting for the refund. These are all U-Haul’s screw ups, not Steve’s General Store. The store was great and so was his service.

Work on the speed of your website. The speed of you website each time I have rented (about 5 times)checking out is always a long process because your website is so slow. The staff at each rental place have mentioned how it’s the speed of the your website is slow. Not sure what would need to be done to do so but I’m sure you do.

The place is a dump. I went inside and said I was there to rent a trailer. The owner said I'll be with you in a minute. He finished what he was doing and came to the counter where I was and in his way in a very loud voice said "long life Trump". As a business owner it is never a good idea to express your political views. I almost walked but I needed the trailer. I will tell you that I will never rent from them again. I have already told friends and family about my experience and will continue to tell everyone I talk to about it. I am also questioning uhauls choice of venders. Steve's is not a welcoming place and I certainly would not want to be associated with them.

Owner was very rude and added coverage I declined. He then said it wasn't his problem and I would have to call corporate to get it refunded. Save yourself the trouble and make the drive to Auburn for a moving truck. You wont regret saving yourself the headache.

It was convenient to refill the gas tank, there as this Uhaul dealer was also a gas station/restaurant, but they only accepted cash! Good thing I had some cash on me!
