When I arrived to return the trailer, I showed up at 350PM. The lady who checked me in was nice. There was another lady behind the counter who was very rude. She told me they close at 330PM and I would be checked in the following day. I politely mentioned my contract states the return time is 4PM. She reiterated the store closes at 330PM. The lady who checked me in thanked me and said she would check the trailer in on time. I will be taking my business to the U-haul in Indio in the future, they have really good customer service.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat experience with a UHaul trailer rental. Quick and easy. Staff was very accommodating. I would recommend this location.
Dana JNot particularly helpful and hate the app.
JENNIFER HI went there for the convenience of location, but there’s no real customer service. There is no one in the office so I did it online through the app. The last time I was there I went in the office and they told me to just do it on the app.
Charles GThe staff working at public storage aren’t friendly. The truck had barely a 1/4 tank of gas U hauls are parked up and down the block all over the streets.
