There was no visible marking of the business as "Excalibur Rental." Coming from Out of State, this made it difficult finding your rental location. The address and business name didn't match up.

Location wasn't the problem. U-Haul ruined my move by not delivering on my reservation I made over a month in advance. You gave me 2 smaller trucks which wasn't enough. I had to rent a cargo van from you which was all you had and then I get gouged price wise for the whole thing. I made a reservation 6 weeks in advance so there is no excuse for you to not have the truck ready. Luckily my friend had a horse trailer that saved us from multiple trips. Awful experience
The self check was amazing. Super simple and quick .
Not send your customer to 5 different locations which took 4 hours!! Then sending them to a different location for a trailer and then not having any staff that can hook it up or unhook it up so had to leave without it
The inside of the cab had a dirty floorboard and the cargo area was muddy and had four blankets wadded up in it and there was some small rope strung around the inside.
Tires were in really bad shape. I had to take the time to call Uhaul roadside assistance to come and change the tires on the trailer. When I originally booked my reservation, I had asked them to make sure the tires were in good shape. We had a blow out on another trailer we had rented. It is the responsibility of Uhaul to make sure the tires are in a safe working condition. We also paid $70 for insurance for a unit we didn't get to look at before hand. The trailer was extremely dated and dirty. This trailer was also leaking water which had to be fixed. This trailer really should be taken off the roads.

Entire experience was enough that I will not rent from uhaul again. I made an online reservation about a week in advance for a pickup and trailer for use on a Saturday. ReservationÂ statedÂ that the location would contact me by 6pm on Thursday for confirmation. I did not hear anything so Friday I called the location. The lady told me I could not use their pickup to town their trailer. I asked if anyone was ever going to let me know this. She said I needed to call corporate and gave me a numberÂ to call. I called and was told that the reservation was moved to a different location. I asked about towing their trailer with their pickup. I was told as long as it was in town only it can be done.Â I confirmed my use was local. I received a call from the new location that they wantedÂ to give me a heads up that they do not supply the slide in with the 2" ball for the hitch. I was then told that they do have them for purchase if I needed one. I did not need one but found it odd, but convenient, that they could SELL me one. I was told the equipment should be ready tomorrow morning. I arrived to pick up and was told the trailer had not been returned and they could not find a replacement very close. They offered a small box truck as a replacement. I accepted with the stipulation that the mileage charge be the same as the pickup.Â I was told YES it would be. I was also told that they are closed on Sundays and that if I needed to use the truck longer there WOULD NOT BE an extra day charge as long as it was returned on Sunday for them to check in Monday morning. I used the truck which was harder to put extra heavy items into because it sits higher than the trailer. This is why I originally wanted a trailer. I returned the box truck on Sunday. On Monday I was charged $1.09 instead of .69 a mile and 2 days instead of 1 day.Â I called the location and was told credits are from corporate not the location. I reminded them they made the deal so I should deal with them. I was again told I needed to call corporate.Â I called the number given to me and spoke to a friendly lady who assured me that they would take care of everything. I was told I would be given the day credit as well as the mileage difference because there were notes in the system of the mix up. She said I should get the credit in 3 to 5 days. 10 days later there was no credit. I again called corporate and a guy told me there were no notes in the system about any credit. I explained what had happened and he said a supervisor was the only person that could issue a credit. A supervisor was not available but he said he would have one call me. A couple of hours later I did get a call fromÂ Damian Madsen, Field Relief Manager. I explained what had happened and I was told there would NOT be a credit for the day use because the truck was not returned until 2pm on Sunday instead of 8am so I had to pay for it.Â I was also told that the location does not have the authority to allow the use after 24 hours without being charged. I told him that was not what I was told. He arrogantly said it is corporate policy, and one minute past 24 hours you will be charged for another day. He asked if there would be anything else and I said as long as I get the mileage credit I would never rent from them again. He arrogantly said that would be fine. I was given the $32 credit for the mileage.Â I completely understand that the trailer not being returned was beyond their control. I appreciate that they offered something to use but they needed to stand behind the offer they made me.
Very dissatisfied with U-Haul changing my 26ft truck to a 15ft truck, get your shit together.
Truck was dirty. Overcharged for fuel when truck was returned.
Needs to make sure there's more gas in truck for pickup only a quarter of a tank . I understand that what I pickup is also drop off but if you have to get gas too it only adds to mileage before you actually get started.

Limited selection. Very limited and only 24 blankets when I needed 2x that many (and had ordered). All the U-Haul locations in that area seem to be the same way. I have no idea why given the large population.
I arrived near closing time and although the team was inconvenienced they still helped me get hitched up and made it a great experience. Really like this location. Trailer was great shape with near new tires. Thanks to the team at Excalibur for being flexible late on a Saturday!

Guy at the counter seemed annoyed to have to do the transaction. But I am most unsatisfied with the fact that there was a speed governor on the truck set at 75mph. The guy at the counter did not mention this, nor was there any labelling in the truck to say that there was a speed limiter. I traveled on I80 through Wyoming, Utah and Nevada where there are over 500 miles of road where the speed limit is 80mph. So I was surprised when I first got on I80 and couldn't pass a truck very quickly going just below 75mph.
